Ginny Jiang is an interdisciplinary artist working with choreography, performance, and video. Her dance and video works center on how ideological and institutional systems choreograph the body, and translate these dynamics into rigorous embodied practices that foster resistance, agency, and reimagining forms of belonging. Ginny is attentive to audience involvement, and deliberately frames and shifts the relationship between audience and performer. Her works have been presented across North America, Europe, and Asia.
